Being a homemaker for over 27 years hadn’t been an easy journey - it was a full-time duty devoted purely to family and home, but it was also the reason behind having an inclination towards flowers and fragrances since I was always invested in ensuring my home was well-kept, vibrant and delightful. I always had a knack for doing something outside the kitchen and household, and soon I found my creative mind bending towards the fragrances that I used as incenses. I took the leap of faith and decided to create the same vibrance and serenity that I always made sure my own home had, making sure my creation reflects the true essence of my name, KALI; and here I am as Aromas By Kali.

Stepping out of the mental space of home and duties and overcoming my own mental blocks was the biggest challenge for me. Never in my life before had I dealt with suppliers or done market research, but at the age of 52, I began to learn it all. It was then that I truly realized the motivation that comes from within when you find your calling. Handling an entire household, I understood how we all as consumers look for beautiful, effective yet affordable options. Initially, I struggled with basic factors like pricing and selling, but through making mistakes and learning from them, I eventually mastered the skill of marketing and advertising my products effectively.
